IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
In line with the announcement made by the Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı), as of January 1, 2025, the printed international exit stamp application will be discontinued.
As of this date, physical exit stamp sales and counter collections at airports and border gates will no longer be available.
In order to avoid any inconvenience during travel, our guests are required to complete their international exit fee payments through the following channels:
Digital Tax Office (https://ivd.gib.gov.tr)
GİB Mobile Application
Internet/mobile banking, ATMs, and counters of contracted banks
PTT branches
Tax Offices
Airport kiosks
Payments made electronically are verified through the system. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to complete the payment prior to travel.
This document is valid between Laz Tour Travel Agency and the participants purchasing tour services (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).
Tour programs may be organized with a minimum of one (1) participant.
Laz Tour reserves the right to make changes to the program flow, accommodation facilities, or transportation details due to operational necessities, provided that equivalent services are maintained.
The final deadline for cancellation notification is 30 days prior to the tour start date.
Guests participating in the tour are required to travel with a passport.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the end date of the trip. Participation in the tour is not possible with passports that do not meet this requirement.
Additionally, passports must not be torn, damaged, worn out, or contain any physical defects that may prevent border crossing.
The validity and compliance of travel documents, as well as meeting the entry requirements of the destination country, are entirely the responsibility of the guest. Laz Tour shall not be held responsible for border crossing issues, denial of entry, or inability to travel due to incomplete, incorrect, or invalid documents.
All flights are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant airline.
Cancellation, refund, and change procedures are applied in accordance with the airline’s specific policies.
For international flights, guests are required to be present at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. Laz Tour is not responsible for any loss of rights resulting from late arrival.
As flight times may change, guests are required to check their flight details at least 48 hours prior to departure.
In ticket sales, Laz Tour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and operates in accordance with international aviation regulations.
According to international hotel standards:
Hotel check-in time: 14:00 – 15:00
Hotel check-out time: 10:00 – 12:00
Breakfast services included in the tour program are provided in accordance with the culture of the respective country and are generally offered in Continental breakfast standard.
Triple room requests are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the third bed may be provided as an extra bed or sofa bed and may differ from standard bed sizes.
Requests for twin (separate beds) rooms must be confirmed at the reservation stage.
Child discounts are valid for one child staying in the same room with two adults.
City tours are designed to introduce the general highlights of the destination and typically last 5–6 hours. The day of operation may be changed while maintaining the fixed content.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
Optional tours are organized subject to reaching a sufficient number of participants.
Laz Tour cannot be held responsible for programs that cannot be carried out due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or decisions of local authorities.
Refund and change procedures for flight tickets are subject to the rules of the relevant airline. As each airline has different policies, detailed information should be obtained from our sales offices.
Cancellations made 0–7 days prior to departure: 100% of the service fee will be charged as a penalty.
Cancellations made 8–15 days prior to departure: 50% of the service fee will be charged as a penalty.
Cancellations made 16–21 days prior to departure: 20% of the service fee will be charged as a penalty.
For cancellations made earlier than the specified periods, refunds will be processed after deducting operational expenses.
Guests who participate in the tour without signing the contract shall also be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
