• This agreement is valid between Laz Tour Travel Agency and the participants (the “CUSTOMER”).
• Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation of 1 person.
• The final deadline for cancellation notification to Laz Tour Travel Agency is 30 days prior to the tour departure date.
• For travel from Türkiye using only a national ID card, a new-generation biometric ID card (photo, chip-enabled) compliant with ICAO 9303 standards is mandatory. This practice is valid within the framework of bilateral agreements between Türkiye and Georgia.
• Guests under the age of 18 traveling to Georgia with an ID card must travel with both parents or present a notarized parental consent letter.
• If the ID card is damaged, broken, has a chip malfunction, or any defect preventing readability, border/passport authorities may refuse the document. In such cases, responsibility belongs entirely to the passenger.
• Guests traveling with a passport must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. Participation in the tour is not possible with passports that do not meet this requirement. Passports must not be torn, damaged, or excessively worn.
• Airline rules apply to all tours. Cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to the relevant airline’s policies.
• For international travel, passengers must be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. Any consequences arising from late arrival are the passenger’s responsibility.
• Laz Tour recommends that passengers reconfirm their flight times 48 hours before departure, as schedules may change.
• For tickets issued through our sales offices, Laz Tour acts solely as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the provisions of the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change due to operational reasons. All flight details must be reconfirmed by the passenger 48 hours before departure. By purchasing the tour, passengers acknowledge and accept potential schedule changes.
• Hotel check-in times are generally between 14:00–15:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00 in accordance with international standards.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the local breakfast culture and are generally Continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, etc.). In group accommodations, breakfast may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
• Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. The bed allocated for the third person may be smaller than standard beds and is usually arranged as 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (folding or sofa bed). Space limitations and bed types in triple or child reservations are deemed accepted.
• Child discounts apply to one child sharing a room with two adults.
• As the number of TWIN (separate beds) rooms is limited, TWIN room requests must be confirmed prior to reservation.
Air ticket refunds vary according to the airline’s policy. Since each airline has different refund conditions, we recommend contacting our sales offices for detailed information.
For land services provided by Laz Tour, cancellation penalties are as follows:
If canceled before tour start:
• 0–7 days: 100% of the service fee will be charged
• 8–15 days: 50% of the service fee will be charged
• 16–21 days: 20% of the service fee will be charged
• Customers who participate in the tour but whose signature does not appear on the contract are deemed to have learned and accepted these terms through catalogs, advertisements, and digital publications.
This policy is applied to ensure proper operational planning and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
